Is there any alternative to Scalameter for performing benchmark tests on scala code? I can not get an updated documentation of this tool nor even to get the expected behaviour of the tool (for example, confidence intervals contain the complete range of times…)
I would appreciate any information about this.

Scalameter hasn’t been updated in 3 years, seems inactive. Alex Prokopec (who also did the awesome Parallel Prog course on Coursera, and work on Parallel Collections) was the main guy, after he left EPFL it seems he’s busy at his job now (Oracle Labs Research). It’s too bad, he was also experimenting on a Scala 3D game engine, hope he comes back later!
Not sure if it’s a direct replacement, but Scala-cli can run JMH benchmarks.

JMH is very much the standard tool for this these days.
