Scala.js for Electron

I was asked to implement an Electron application and I want to give it a try.

Do you know of any samples for Scala.js + Electron? Or is this combination not even a good idea to consider?

Also I would point to Electron | Slinky - Write React apps in Scala just like ES6, if you want to put React in the picture
