The Scala team at Lightbend is proud to announce Scala 2.12.14.
This release backports the -Xsource:3 compiler option to help cross-building projects across Scala 2.12.x - Scala 3, uses the most recent ASM bytecode library for better Java 17 interop and includes other bug fixes and performance improvements.
