Page numbers in ToC and Index in Fifth Edition

I apologize in advance if this has been discussed before (I did do a search before posting this).

I have a copy of the 5th Edition of “Programming in Scala” by Odersky et al and I see that the page numbers in table of contents and in the index are all wrong! (they are all off by 35 give-or-take a couple). It just looks as though they made a slew of last minute changes to the book but forgot to update the ToC and the index. I 'm guessing I got one of the hot-of-the-press, early printings. I don’t suppose the publisher has done a subsequent printing with the page numbers corrected and would let me trade in my faulty copy for a corrected version? Does anyone know?

Hi Cary,

Sorry about that. We’re happy to replace that with a corrected copy. Contact us at [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.
