you might want to put some sort of privacy policy given that you ask for an email address (still good that its accessible without a login), but for example why require a login if browser local storage can track progress
Actually a good point, I didn’t even think about it.. unfortunately!
As I was creating this website primarily for myself, I needed a centralized place to store the progress since I was using it from work and from home (on different machines). Unlike the privacy policy issue, I cannot promise to put an effort in the localStorage feature.
