It seems that recently we have some resurgence of interest in writing Scala on Android, so here’s another blog note about it. This time specifically about how to build an example app from scratch with GraalVM + Gluon Mobile + JavaFX. This is the tech stack I want to focus on, but if anyone wanted to experiment with other ways, please let me know. I will try to promote it as well, I can help with testing, brainstorming, writing about it, etc. I’m curious especially about Scala.js + React Native.
