I installed coursier CLI on mac following the instructions here for mac. After installation I did a cs --help. I don’t see the complete command. Running the example gives error Usage: cs List(complete) format index ...args...
It’s the same on my machine. I’d suggest reporting the problem at Issues · coursier/coursier · GitHub

It’s sort of hidden, but in the current Milestone releases it looks like it’s been moved to cs complete-dep or cs-complete-dependency.
