Are annotation macros im Scala 3.3 still experimental?

It seems that the annotation macros are still only experimental in 3.3, for which version are they planned?

As a note, annotation macros were introduced in 3.3.0-RC2, so 3.3.0 is the first stable version that has them.

They’re not planned for any version yet, since they have to go through the SIP process first.
