C++ refugee to Scala since 2012.

Loving it. To me, Scala offers:

• proper type level programming (over C++ templates)
• good tools to do multithreaded code
• larger-than-language platform for real world needs (Akka Streams and Akka HTTP)
• stack traces instead of core dumps
• great and helpful community!

Outside of programming, I like gymming, bicycling, kayaking, lazily doing nothing. CAD and robotics is a passion I’d like to pursue more!
